Damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect item, share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of cost.
Opened products
Because these are consumable health products, opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Results disclaimer
